Welcome to Joy Coaching®, the official platform for scheduling sessions with Karyn Lynn Grant, LMT — Founder, President, and CEO. Your trust is important to us. By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following Terms & Policies.

1. Overview

Joy Coaching® offers in-person, phone-based, and online sessions in Relaxation Therapy, Grief Coaching, Aromatherapy, Music Therapy, and more. Services are delivered by Karyn Lynn Grant and trained Joy Coaches® across the country.

2. Booking & Payment

• Sessions must be booked online or directly through our representatives.
• Full payment is due at time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
• We accept all major credit/debit cards and approved digital payment services.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice for a refund or reschedule.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable.
• If Joy Coaching® cancels or reschedules, a full refund or alternate session will be offered.

4. Privacy & Confidentiality

Your personal information is confidential and will never be sold or shared without your permission, except as required by law. All client information is treated with the utmost respect and professionalism.

5. Medical Disclaimer

Joy Coaching® sessions are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment. We do not diagnose or prescribe. Clients are advised to consult licensed professionals for medical or psychological needs.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including music, meditations, aromatherapy blends, and educational materials created by Karyn Lynn Grant, is protected by copyright law. Reproduction or commercial use is prohibited without written consent.

7. Code of Conduct

• Clients agree to maintain respectful, kind, and professional communication at all times.
• Joy Coaching® reserves the right to terminate service for misconduct or abuse.

8. Joy Coaching Academy

The Joy Coaching Academy trains individuals in Karyn Lynn Grant’s holistic techniques. Enrolled students must adhere to certification standards, uphold integrity, and properly represent the Joy Coaching® brand.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. You will be notified of significant changes via our website or email. Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated terms.
